Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer international shipping with a tracked service. Please check your emails and spam folders for confirmations and tracking information and follow the estimated shipping times.

We currently ship to the UK, USA and Australia. For shipping to any other country, please use our Etsy shop to purchase.

All prints and frames are made to order and our lead time before dispatch is 2-3 working days and 5-7 working days for framed pieces. This is likely to increase during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal sales. 

SHIPPING PRICES

Prices are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the parcel and location of delivery.

CUSTOM CHARGES

We do not cover international customs charges, so please be aware you may be asked to pay your customs charge before the delivery can be made. Any order that is returned due to customs not being paid will not be eligible for a refund due to a “forced return”. Please get in touch to arrange re-shipment payment.

Orders to the USA are still available but will now be sent with UPS, due to new customs rules. Please note that you will be required to pay customs taxes on all orders purchased outside of the US. Please ensure you make yourself aware of the new rules in place before making a purchase. Once shipped we cannot cancel and refund your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order, please get in touch so we can assist.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after your order has been delivered. We do not cover returns, meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.

When returning your order, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Please package the item up exactly as received. We will assess any signs of use or damage before refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return back.

Any items bought in a sale is exchange only

In order to return an item correctly, please follow these conditions:

  • Email info@simplyextrajordanary.com to contact us about your return.
  • Return must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packaging.
  • Any clothing items that are being returned must have the original tags still attached, unused and returned in the original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for used items.
  • Return your items to us using a tracked service.
  • Please note any custom prints/sizes are not refundable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above process and then place another order for the item you would like to exchange to.

Any items bought in a sale is exchange only

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the information is automatically sent and processed with our printing team.

If you're needing to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order. After 24 hours, orders are sent directly to processing, we cannot cancel an order after this period.
